    Extruded aluminum frames are widely used in solar panel applications because the material is strong, durable, lightweight and cost-effective. Extrusion is a manufacturing process in which a metal material, such as aluminum, is formed through a die under high pressure, and this technique is particularly suited to producing strong and corrosion-resistant aluminum frames for solar panels.

    Most of the aluminum frames we use are made from 6061 or 6063 aluminum alloys, lightweight alloys that not only provide excellent structural stability but are also ideal for outdoor use. The aluminum extrusion process allows for precise customization of the frame's shape, and the design can incorporate useful features such as mounting holes, recesses, and channels for wiring and fastening.

    Additionally, the surface of our frames is anodized and then coated with a clear coat to enhance its resistance to corrosion and oxidation. The high tensile strength of this material ensures the stability and durability of the frames in extreme weather conditions such as snowstorms, heavy rain and strong winds. Our carefully selected quality tooling technology also allows the machining to be controlled to within 0.02mm to ensure accurate and smooth installation.
